How It Works
Our process was designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible. Below is a sneak peek of how we do that from start to finish.
When we receive a customer enquiry; a member of staff will be in contact to collect more information and book you in for an assessment meeting.
Once we have identified the specific needs of the role, your dedicated Recruiter and Technical Adviser will then, devise the perfect strategy to bring in your new recruit.
Screening & Interviews
Once we have interviewed and screened your potential candidates, we send over a shortlist for you to review. We then prepare the candidates you have selected and even arrange the interview on your behalf!
Once you and the candidate have agreed on an offer, we will invoice you 7 days after their start date! We then arrange a catch-up with the hiring manager and the candidate separately, to find out how everything is going.
Full Rebate Guarantee
We offer a full rebate for any candidates that leave within 60 days of their start date. If a candidate leaves after 60 days within their year of employment, we offer a 10% discount on your next fee!
